POSITION Responsible for leading and driving Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory strategic focusses and culture to ensure success of Fonterra’s strategic objectives Managing a team of professionals, 3 direct and 4 indirect reports, and supporting and further developing an inclusive and high performance culture Ensuring the Food Safety & Quality priorities and resources are aligned with business needs, working closely together with a.o. Besides leading, developing and motivating a team of 7 colleagues, you will be working closely together with Sales handling and growing the pipeline of customer projects. Your responsibilities include: Being proactive in customer meetings together with sales Leading new concept developments to be promoted to bakery and lipid customers Developing new product solutions and concepts based on customer needs and mar-ket literature Being the Global Tech Lead on bakery applications and leading knowledge share Handling selected key accounts globally Supporting applications centers in other regions Working in a matrix structure you will be supporting both regionally and globally and travelling activity is estimated to be around 40 days per year.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You are responsible for workforce planning for your assigned area across all relevant planning horizons (VCP, budget and forecast; externally: long‑term planning, budgeting and forecasting) and ensure proactive and efficient resource management.You manage the end‑to‑end monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including the calculation and posting of personnel provisions, and confidently present the results to external auditors.You perform in‑depth analysis and evaluation of HR KPIs and derive both strategic and operational recommendations for management.You ensure a high level of HR data quality and continuously optimize it as the basis for valid, internationally oriented reporting and meaningful analyses.You take on internal coordination and interface management with international sales organizations and acquired companies, including data preparation and integration into global HR reporting.You are responsible for external coordination with all service providers of sales subsidiaries and acquisitions regarding the provision of HR data, ensuring proper and accurate accounting at all times.As a sparring partner and advisor, you support internal and external stakeholders in all matters related to personnel‑related KPIs within HR controlling.You actively contribute to HR‑related projects, take on sub‑project leadership responsibilities and drive the standardization and further development of the HR KPI system.You support the onboarding and integration of new M&A entities into the group structure (PMI re‑design project).
