. • Conduct product testing, quality checks, and performance evaluations. • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Key Account Management. • Maintain alignment with international product teams within DKV Mobility. • Monitor product KPIs and initiate improvements. • Identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows. • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct competitive analyses and gather customer feedback. • Support creation of product‑related communication materials.
In addition to this, there will be day to day planning activities at Works Order, Sales Order, and Purchase Order level. Training will be provided on the specific logistics responsibilities for the role. Duties include: Extract and manipulate data from our systems to provide our stakeholders with up-to-date information on the progress of Sales Order despatches.
Participate in peer-to-peer educational exchanges, webinars, and scientific workshops to drive awareness, understanding and credibility of our technology. Collaborate with national Sales and Marketing to deliver local educational support. Develop national KOL networks: Establish long-term, strategic relationships with national KOLs, HCPs, and other stakeholders.
What makes you stand out You have at least 5 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, account management or another efficiency-optimised area with a strong customer focus, ideally in B2B e-commerce.You have a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.You have experience in leading international teams and developing managers.
