As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:You manage the pan-European performance steering of the Inside Sales channel. You continuously optimize a central performance management system in Power BI and Genesys for all Inside Sales activities to ensure full transparency across all countries.You define and monitor all relevant KPIs (lead handling, contact rates, pipeline conversion, activity levels) within MSD and Genesys.You take end-to-end responsibility for monitoring and optimizing the sales pipeline from lead to customer.You develop and refine lead scoring models, qualification criteria, and routing rules to ensure optimal processing across all Inside Sales teams.You are responsible for all lead, call, and email routing within European sales organizations, ensuring maximum efficiency, customer reachability, and balanced workload distribution.You analyze Inside Sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.You work closely with Sales Excellence, Marketing, IT (Genesys & Dynamics), and local sales teams to ensure seamless, data-driven sales processes.You participate in the planning, execution, and performance review of pan-European Inside Sales campaigns and initiatives.You ensure system readiness for campaigns (Genesys routing, Dynamics workflows) and establish clear standards for performance measurement.
