Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (Inbound & Outbound): Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail, Übernahme von Eskalationsfällen sowie aktive telefonische Neukundenakquise.
