Within this setup, the Middle East and Africa team is a dynamic international group of 10 colleagues, consisting of a Director, one Head of, Sales & Alliance Managers and Sales Support Coordinators.
Your key responsibilities Product vision & ERP-centric strategy • Define, own, and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with Lasernet Group’s strategic and commercial objectives • Set the long-term direction for Lasernet’s ERP integrations and partner ecosystem, ensuring continued relevance within Dynamics 365, banking, and broader ERP environments • Gather and synthesise input from customers, partners, sales, marketing, and product development into a coherent, prioritised product strategy Product organisation & ways of working • Define what good product management looks like at Lasernet Group • Build and shape a scalable product organisation, combining strong internal expertise with selective external hires • Establish effective product ways of working that balance structure, agility, and transparency — while respecting long-tenured teams and existing knowledge Executive collaboration & stakeholder alignment • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and a key contributor to the executive leadership team • Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, Legal, and Commercial functions • Drive alignment across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders Performance & continuous improvement • Monitor product performance across revenue, profitability, technical quality, and customer satisfaction • Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases in ERP-driven and regulated enterprise environments • Champion fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the product portfolio The role is based in Ballerup with some travel invovled to the UK and Sweden.

Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving requirements and ensure the data centre meets their needs. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with data centre industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
