Besides leading, developing and motivating a team of 7 colleagues, you will be working closely together with Sales handling and growing the pipeline of customer projects. Your responsibilities include: Being proactive in customer meetings together with sales Leading new concept developments to be promoted to bakery and lipid customers Developing new product solutions and concepts based on customer needs and mar-ket literature Being the Global Tech Lead on bakery applications and leading knowledge share Handling selected key accounts globally Supporting applications centers in other regions Working in a matrix structure you will be supporting both regionally and globally and travelling activity is estimated to be around 40 days per year.

POSITION With reference to the Sales Directory you will handle sales activities of dairy based ingredients, functional blends, cheese products and butter. You will have your own sales budget and market responsibility which potentially includes activities in both Middle East, Asia and Europe.
