Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Projektteams und Präsentation auf Senior Management Level Steuerung von funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams (bestehend z.B. aus Sales, Supply, Finance, Procurement, etc.) sowie Koordination externer Beratungspartner. Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Handlungsempfehlungen in Steuerungskreisen und gegenüber dem Senior Management.
Kunden- & Vertriebsunterstützung Betreuung von Großkunden, Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen sowie enge Unterstützung des Sales Managements. Aktives Beziehungsmanagement und anspruchsvolle, situationsgerechte Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern.

Within this setup, the Eastern Europe team is a dynamic international group of 7 colleagues, consisting of a Director, one Head of, Sales & Alliance Managers and Sales Support Coordinators.
Manage Key External Stakeholders The Integration Project Manager is ultimately accountable for ensuring external stakeholders Divestment Partner, Contarct Manufacturing Organizations, Sales and Distribution Partners are effectively managed and aligned with integration objectives. Own Issue Resolution and Decision-Making Take active ownership of issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
